How do I track my shipment?

Open Track Shipment and enter your AWB, LR or order number. You will see the current status, shipment details and every courier scan in the journey.

What is the difference between an AWB and an LR number?

An AWB (air waybill) number identifies B2C parcel shipments. An LR (lorry receipt) number identifies B2B freight consignments. Either can be used to track your shipment.

How is the shipping rate calculated?

The rate calculator uses the origin and destination pincodes, weight, box dimensions, payment mode and invoice value to calculate rates from our courier partners, including freight, fuel surcharge and GST.

What does ODA mean in pincode serviceability?

ODA stands for Out of Delivery Area, a pincode that is serviceable but outside a courier's regular delivery zone. ODA locations may take longer or carry additional charges.

How soon is COD remitted?

Next In remits cash-on-delivery collections within 7 working days.

Which courier partners do you work with?

Next In has collaborated with over 10 leading courier companies, including Delhivery, Ekart, Bluedart, Gati, DHL, Shadowfax, Ecom Express, Aramex and Rivigo.

Can shipments be picked up from more than one location?

Yes. Pickups can be scheduled from your home, office, warehouse or any other location you choose.
